The Grandé is the flagship Smoky Mountain Estates retreat. Two A-frames joined under one roofline, with mountain views from nearly every room and the lake thirty seconds across the street.
Soak in the hot tub, recover in the cedar sauna, play a few games on your own pickleball court, then end the night at the fire pit. Fifteen guests fit comfortably across four bedrooms, and nothing on the property is shared.

The lake, thirty seconds away
Douglas Lake rises from March through October and reaches the property in peak season. In lower water months, access moves down the street to our private waterfront parcel, which always has water. A public boat launch is minutes away.

You are on the quiet lake side of Sevierville, in Jefferson County, with the Smokies on the horizon. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, the Titanic Museum and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all a short drive. Anglers know Douglas Lake for largemouth, smallmouth, crappie and walleye, and the Dandridge boat ramp is minutes away.

Payment and cancellation
Payment. 50% due at booking. The balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation. Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival. No refund inside 14 days.
Security hold. A $400 refundable security hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released after checkout.
Taxes and fees. Your exact total, including cleaning and lodging taxes, is shown before you pay.

Is the lake really that close?
Yes. Douglas Lake is about 30 seconds across the street. The water reaches the property from roughly March through October. In lower water months, access is at our private waterfront parcel down the street.
Are kayaks included?
Kayaks and fishing gear are optional add-ons and require a signed waiver. Kayaks are complimentary for stays of 6 nights or more with advance notice.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, up to 2 pets are welcome.
Is it safe to book here instead of Airbnb?
Yes. Checkout is handled by our booking system, with secure card payment through Stripe and a signed rental agreement. You get a confirmation by email right away.
